We have a highly experienced team in place to provide franchisees and their teams with high calibre support in all aspects of the business. From finance, business systems, IT, marketing & PR to field based business development and compliance & quality assurance support. We will support your journey from becoming a brand-new business owner to specialist operator in the care sector through continuous learning and development plans. All franchise owners have a dedicated regional Business Development Manager and Quality Manager, but for the first two years of trading our Onboarding Manager will guide new owners every step of the way.

Our Franchise Support Centre won the award for Team Support Expertise at the Home Care Awards 2020. This award reflects the impressive total of 300 years of industry experience that Bluebird Care’s Franchise Support Centre staff members have collectively acquired. This includes accredited qualifications, experience working for the Care Quality Commission and franchising expertise.
Business Planning
From day one, we support our franchisees through the business planning process including financial projections. The bluebird care model is one that is highly rated with the high street banks, this is due to the financial performance of our current network, we can introduce new franchisees to the banks that we work with and they receive favourable rates.
New Franchisee Training
Our initial franchisee training provides the detail, knowledge and assurance to set up and run the business, as well as give an understanding to the Care sector in which we operate.
Franchisees begin their journey spending time at the Franchise support Centre with our support team, this is coupled with visits to an existing Bluebird Care business, gaining insight from a mentor franchisee. In addition to this, new franchisees will also have access to prescriptive coaching from a dedicated on-boarding manager over the course of their first 2 years.
Regulatory Support
We have a proven track record of delivering the highest quality of home care resulting in strong relationships with our sector regulators and with this we utilise our expertise to ensure you successfully navigate the waters of registration (a legal requirement to operate as a care provider) with complete assurance. On top of this, your dedicated Quality Manager is always on hand to support you with making sure you are compliant and supporting you to deliver the very best care at home.

Training

E-Learning
We have recently incorporated a unique award-winning E-Learning training package for care staff, which is available to all franchise offices. This blended approach to training our staff has significantly enhanced the value of the training package available.
Award-Winning Team training
Bluebird Care won the Skillsoft Inspire Award for its new e-learning training programme for care workers, which trains staff in a variety of areas including the dementia, infection control and customer care policies of Bluebird Care which go above and beyond the regulatory standards and requirements.
