Bluebird Care won the ‘Continuous Improvement’ Award at this year’s Best Franchise Awards 2016.
Franchise recruitment manager Carole Stubbs attended the Smith & Henderson awards conference, which included 7 guest speakers and was attended by over 100 franchise professionals.
Founded in 2011, Smith & Henderson provide employee and customer feedback solutions. This year’s awards conference was sponsored by RBS and had 3 main categories based on franchise investment level. They also had 3 other award categories recognising franchisors for the following; continuous improvement, best new entry and 5 star franchisee satisfaction awards.
The Continuous Improvement award recognises Bluebird Care as a franchisor who has improved their franchisee satisfaction survey results in two consecutive years.
